 Reservation Policies

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM (sorry, we do not guarantee early check-ins)
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM (sorry, we do not guarantee late check-outs)
• All room rates are based upon double occupancy with Pantry Sideboard Breakfast.
• Midweek = Sun - Thursday Nights. Weekend = Friday & Saturday Nights
• Children Under 12 are free.
• $15 per extra person per night ages 12 and over (for 3rd & 4th person)
• Cot roll-a-way beds needed ($15 each per night).
• Maximum occupancy is 4 to 5 persons per room depending upon the room.

• No minimum stay required most of the off-season except, Christmas Prelude.There are minimum stay requirements in July & August.

• A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover Card, Travelers Checks, and personal checks accepted.

  DEBIT CARDS 

  Please Be Advised That If You Use Your Debit Card To Guarantee Your Reservation, It Will Be Authorized For The Remaining Amount Of Your Stay On Your Arrival Date.  If You Choose To Pay By Other Means, We Will Release The Hold, However, Your Bank May Continue To Hold The Funds For Three To Twelve Days, Depending On Its Policy.

• Room Rates are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging Tax.
• Lodging Taxes are usually included in Special Package prices.
• King’s Port Inn is a three story building with no elevator. Second and third floors require one and two flights of stairs respectively. If you can not use stairs please be certain to request a ground floor room at time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your specific lodging requests, however we apologize as these requests cannot be guaranteed.
• All Rates are subject to change without notice.
•  Kings Port Inn mdoes not accept pets. Our sister property, The Lodge at Turbat's Creek can accommodate pets.

Cancellation Policy
Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation before fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date (less a $20 processing and handling fee). Should you need to cancel within that 14-day period, you will forfeit your deposit; unless you rebook for a future date.
